A converted pink-brick barn with high ceilings and stable-doors, The Dairy boasts an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, with a cosy wood-fire to warm you in the evenings, and beautiful views all round.
On either side of the main living space are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with expansive views across the Sanctuary. One bathroom is ensuite, while the other is shared with a third room upstairs that has its own private loo and veranda.
The Dairy comes with its own housekeeper, a few basic condiments in the kitchen, and a complimentary breakfast hamper for your enjoyment.
Guests are encouraged to bring all other supplies for meals and a cook can be hired on a daily basis. Baskets of fresh vegetables can be bought from the organic farm garden but produce is dependent on season, so you can also order direct from Ecoscapes, an organic farm just down the road.
For those that prefer not to cook, delicious farm-to-table specials can be ordered 24 hours in advance from our on-site "Farm Kitchen".
